FAQ’S

We are in a group, can we all drive together?2020-02-23T15:58:19+00:00

We will always endeavour to group your party together as best as we can.

Depending on group size and available number of Karts (this can change daily) this can vary.

What footwear is suitable?2020-02-23T15:11:41+00:00

Footwear must completely encapsulates the feet. Trainers are your best bet, for comfort you will want a shoe that allows flexibility at the ankle for ease of use for pedals. There is absolutely ZERO TOLERANCE of use of Flip-Flops, Sandals or Heels.

I have long hair, can i still participate?2020-02-23T15:09:15+00:00

We provide complimentary hair-nets to contain long hair but people with lots of it may struggle to fit helmets on, for your own safety we must refuse permission to drive for any person with an ill fitting helmet, or hair that cannot be safely contained. Refunds will be given on a case by case basis.

Can i wear glasses when driving?2020-02-23T15:06:42+00:00

If you require visual aids in everyday life (glasses/contacts) then they MUST be worn whilst driving. Glasses can be easily worn with our helmets and anyone who refuses to comply will be prevented from driving.

What if i have any pre-existing injuries?2020-02-23T15:07:27+00:00

We’re all human and from time to time, accidental collisions occur. It is important to consider any pre-existing conditions that you may have that can be exacerbated by such a collision. We will refuse a ride to anyone wearing a plaster cast aswell as anyone requiring the use of a wrist support due to the inherent risks.
